~ Private events have a minimum buyout spend on food and beverage. Below are approximate minimums that can change up or down based on Annual customer traffic. Please fill out the private party form if interested or come in person to visit us.

Ponche Tiki Bar(59 People)
Admiral’s Quarters (Third Floor)(15 People)
Friday and Saturday Peak Season
Food and Beverages count towards Minimum spend.
Pearl Restaurant: $1500 per hour minimum spend. Minimum two hours.
Ponche Tiki Bar: $750 per hour minimum spend. Minimum two hours.
Admiral’s Quarters: $500 per hour minimum spend. Minimum two hours.
All Other Days Peak Season
Pearl Restaurant: $1000 per hour minimum spend.
Ponche Tiki Bar: $500 per hour minimum spend.
Admiral’s Quarters: $300 per hour minimum spend.
A room fee may apply Admiral's Quarters.
Note: Minimums do not include tax and gratuity. Holiday and special event pricing may vary.
Food Options
Food for large parties is usually served buffet-style, and can be predetermined with Chef and Management.
The food will be based on our current menu and the price will be multiplied by the appropriate amount by how much the kitchen sets out for you. Additional items are not an issue and can be done at time of party.

Bar Options
- Open Bar offering everything available.
- Open Bar select beverages selected by host.
- Guest to Tab: In this option, guests pay for their own beverages, and their purchases count toward the minimum. Host will be required to cover any difference between final tab and minimum.
